Frequently Asked Question.

We’ve put together some commonly asked questions to give you more
information about FocusRebels and the cover we offer.

Training

What is the group size during physical training?

Between 12 and 20 people, that is not one person more or less. If the group grows, we provide support from a co-trainer. This way, all participants receive the best guidance during the training.

How do we ensure that backlogs do not recur after the Unfinished Business week?

During the Unfinished Business week we offer a reset moment by eliminating backlogs, but we also focus on transferring smart insights, increasing skills and applying reliable working methods. The participants learn a lot during the week and that ensures more grip in the future. In addition, we see in practice that after an Unfinished Business week, participants now and then organize their own Unfinished Business day. The tools for that are provided during the Unfinished Business week. Unfinished Business days can be used to ensure small backlogs will not expand into big backlogs.

Isn't it too much to empty schedules for 5 days?

Yes and no. Yes, because it is demanding for professionals to clear their schedules for a week. At the same time, the outcomes are really worth the effort. The time is used extremely effectively and sometimes long overdue unfinished business is being dealt with. It provides space to stop the hectic business as usual and to handle all the loose ends carefully. Oh yeah, we also had No. You can go on holiday for a week, can’t you? Why couldn’t we approach work differently for 1 week? If you want different outcomes, you usually have to do things differently than you did before.

What is expected of the organization when organizing a Unfinished Business week?

The most important thing is commitment from the board and management and of course from the participants. All necessary communication materials are made available by FocusRebels and can be used by the organization. This consists flyers, texts for intranet and e-mail formats. We ask for one contact person in the organization to stimulate registrations and for one room to physically organize the Unfinished Business week in. This can be a separate office space or a training room. After registration, participants will be prepared by us and informed of the necessary information.

Individual Coaching

Empty
How can we start?

You can send me a message via the contact form. If you are ready for a personal intake call, feel free to book a digital introductory meeting. These calls last about 40 – 60 minutes. If you cannot find a suitable time, you can also leave a call-me-back request and I will contact you by phone, at a time that suits you.

How long does a coaching session last?

Most sessions last between 1 and 1.5 hours.

How does canceling a session work?

We do not have a formal policy for cancelation. If you cancel abruptly once, I don’t mind. If it becomes a recurring issue, then we should have a conversation. Let’s agree that you never cancel the meeting less than 24 hours in advance (except for emergencies of course).
